Receptionist
Gregory, Harriman & Associates LLP (GH&A) is a public accounting firm located in Strathmore, Alberta, 25 minutes east of Calgary. Our firm is comprised of three partners along with over thirty staff, which includes designated professionals, CPA students and administration staff. GH&A is a full-service firm that provides accounting, assurance, income tax services to individuals, owner-managed businesses, not-for-profit entities and municipalities. We are committed to providing excellent service through interactive and mutually beneficial relationships with our valued clients.
GH&A is seeking a skilled and friendly receptionist to join our team starting September 2024. This is an ideal position for an individual with great customer service skills looking to work in an office environment.
As receptionist you will be responsible for:

Greeting clientele

Answering the phones
-
Maintaining Partner/staff calendars

Scheduling meetings
-
Various administration tasks

Customer service experience is essential. Administration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right individual.
This position is a full-time, in-office role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
