Our firm is taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety and health of our employees and our clients.
Effective Monday March 23rd, 2020, our office will be closed to the public and will remain closed until we advise further.
Documents can still be delivered to our office via email, regular mail, e-courier or through our mail slot located in the back door. During office hours we will have a box in our vestibule for clients to continue to provide their corporate and personal tax information, we have a system where a tone rings inside our office when someone enters this area. Once you have dropped off your documents, our staff will bring the items into our office. When delivering the information to the office, we ask clients to place documents in a sealed envelope with their name and the date noted on the envelope.
Again, to maintain continuity and high level of service to our clients, whenever possible and when safe to do so, we encourage our clients to deliver their corporate year-end and personal tax information.
